Minutes
December 5, 2013
The Animal Advisory Committee met on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 5:30pm in the Small Meeting Room at Eastham Town Hall.
Attending: Martin Haspel, Kerry A. Reid, Joanne Baldauf
Chair Martin Haspel called the meeting to order at 5:35pm.
A motion made by Kerry Reid and seconded by Martin Haspel to approve the minutes of the August 1, 2013 meeting was approved unanimously.
Chair Haspel informed the committee that at their December 3, 2013 meeting, the Board of Selectmen approved the recommendation of Selectman Aimee Eckman to reduce the membership of the Animal Advisory Committee from five (5) to three (3) members. A quorum would now consist of two (2) members.

New Business:
The annual report of the Animal Advisory Committee is due. Clerk Baldauf will prepare an initial draft for submission.
Administrative Matters:
The next meeting of the Animal Advisory Committee will be scheduled for Thursday, March 6, 2014 unless otherwise required.
The meeting adjourned at 5:45pm.
